Welcome to Stixrs (https://stixrs.com). By accessing our website and purchasing our digital products (including digital stickers, clip art, and design assets), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

1. Nature of Products

All products available on Stixrs are 100% digital.

  • No Physical Product: You will not receive a physical item in the mail.

  • Instant Access: Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive links to download your files (usually in ZIP, PNG, or PDF format).

  • Software Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring you have the correct software (e.g., unzip tools, PDF readers, digital planning apps like GoodNotes) to open and use these files.

2. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Stixrs or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

  • Ownership: Purchasing a digital file from us does not transfer the copyright to you. Stixrs retains all rights, title, and interest in the designs.

  • License Only: When you purchase a product, you are purchasing a license to use the file, not the ownership of the design itself.

3. License and Usage Rights (The “Stixrs License”)

When you purchase a digital asset from Stixrs, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the design as follows:

A. Personal Use (Allowed)

You may use the purchased items for unlimited personal projects.

  • Using digital stickers in your personal digital planner (e.g., GoodNotes, Notability).

  • Printing the files for your own home decor or scrapbooking.

  • Using clip art to create personal invitations or greeting cards (not for sale).

B. Commercial Use (Allowed with Limitations)

Standard License (included with purchase) You may use the graphics to create End Products for sale, provided that:

  1. Physical End Products: You may use the designs on physical items for sale (e.g., mugs, t-shirts, printed planners) up to 500 units.

  2. Modification Required: For digital end products, our graphics must be incorporated into a new, wider design. You cannot sell the image “as is.”

(Note: If you require an Enterprise License for mass production over 500 units, please contact us for custom pricing.)

C. Strictly Prohibited (Not Allowed)

You may NOT:

  1. Resell or Redistribute: You cannot share, resell, or distribute the original digital files (as is) to any third party.

  2. Digital “Freebies”: You cannot offer our designs as free digital downloads on your own website or social media.

  3. Competitor Sites: You cannot upload our clip art or stickers to stock image sites (e.g., Shutterstock, Adobe Stock) or Print-on-Demand marketplaces (e.g., Redbubble, Society6) where the source file is sold or used to generate products automatically.

  4. Trademarking: You cannot claim the design as your own work or register it as a trademark.

4. Refund and Return Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Once files have been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

  • Exceptions: If a file is corrupted or you have technical difficulties with the download link, please contact support, and we will resend the files or provide a replacement.

5. User Account & Security

If you create an account on Stixrs, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

  • We are not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stixrs, nor our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law
