Refund and Exchange

At Stixrs, we take pride in the quality of our digital artwork and stickers. Because our products are digital files delivered immediately upon purchase, our policy differs from that of physical goods retailers.

Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

Due to the intangible nature of our products (digital clip art, stickers, and design assets), all sales are final.

Once a file has been purchased and the download link has been generated, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. We cannot verify if a file has been deleted or saved to your device, so we are unable to offer refunds for “change of mind” or if you purchased the wrong file by mistake.

2. Exceptions to the Rule

We want you to be happy with your creative assets. We may offer a refund or exchange under the following specific circumstances:

  • Technical Faults: If the file you downloaded is corrupted, incomplete, or technically defective, and we are unable to resolve the issue or provide a working replacement within 48 hours.

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same product twice in one transaction or within a short timeframe.

  • Misrepresentation: If the product you receive is fundamentally different from the product description or preview images on our website.

3. European & UK Customers (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are a customer located in the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), consumer laws normally provide a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, by clicking “Purchase” or “Download,” you expressly waive this right of withdrawal to gain immediate access to the digital content. You acknowledge that once the download process has started, the contract has been fully performed, and you lose your right to cancel.

4. How to Request Support

If you experience any issues with your files, please reach out to us before leaving a review or opening a dispute. We are here to help.

Please include your Order Number and a description of the issue (e.g., “The ZIP file won’t open” or “The PNG background isn’t transparent”).

5. Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved based on the exceptions in Section 2:

  • The refund will be processed to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card or PayPal).

  • Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

  • Upon refund, your license to use the digital product is immediately revoked, and you must delete all copies of the files from your devices.
