This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines permitted and prohibited uses of the software, websites, and services (collectively, the "Services") offered by Soliroush LLC through Stixrs (located at stixrs.com). This AUP is incorporated by reference into, and forms part of, our Terms of Service.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. You are solely responsible for all actions, data, and content associated with your account and any end users you grant access to.
1. General Prohibitions
You agree not to use, encourage, promote, facilitate, or instruct others to use the Services for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or offensive purpose. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Illegal Activities: Any violation of applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
- System Abuse: Bypassing service limitations, performing unauthorized load or stress testing, or attempting to reverse-engineer the platform's underlying architecture or infrastructure
- Malicious Content: Hosting, uploading, or transmitting malware, viruses, ransomware, Trojan horses, or any destructive code
- Infringement: Misappropriating or infringing the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party
- Deceptive Practices: Impersonating individuals or entities, or misrepresenting the origin of any content or communication
2. Service-Specific Usage Restrictions
A. Cellular Network & Data Usage
You agree not to use the eSIM data connection for any activity that violates the fair usage policies of the host mobile network operators or roaming partner networks. This includes, but is not limited to, setting up unauthorized high-volume tethering hubs or hosting server nodes.
B. Device Profiles & Compatibility
eSIM profiles are designed strictly for compatible, unlocked personal devices. You agree not to attempt to clone, modify, or distribute the QR code activation credentials or eSIM profile data.
C. Roaming & Telecommunication Laws
You agree not to use the provided cellular data connection in any country or territory to engage in telecommunication abuse, network intrusion, spamming, or any activity that violates the communications laws of the host territory.
3. Fair Use and Resource Limits
To maintain platform stability and performance for all users, your use is subject to fair use limits:
- You may not engage in excessive API polling, aggressive automated scraping, or activities that place an unreasonably large load on our infrastructure
- You may not attempt to circumvent usage-based throttling, rate limits, or plan-based feature restrictions
- We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that materially exceed reasonable resource usage thresholds, at our sole discretion and with or without prior notice
4. Monitoring and Enforcement
Soliroush LLC acts as a neutral technology provider and does not actively monitor user content for legal compliance. However, we reserve the right to:
- Investigate suspected violations of this AUP
- Remove, disable access to, or modify any content or resource that violates this AUP or our Terms of Service
- Report activity that we reasonably suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities
Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. You agree to indemnify Soliroush LLC against any damages, costs, or liabilities resulting from your breach of this AUP.
