How do I access my files after purchase?
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link. If you created an account during checkout, you can also access your downloads at any time by logging into your account and navigating to “My Orders” or “Downloads.”
I didn't receive my download email. What should I do?
First, please check your Spam or Junk mail folder, as automated emails sometimes end up there. If you use Gmail, check your “Promotions” tab. If you still can’t find it after 10 minutes, please contact us with your order number, and we will resend the link manually.
How do I unzip the files?
Most of our products are delivered in a .ZIP folder to keep files organized.
- On Mac: Double-click the .ZIP file, and it will automatically extract to a new folder.
- On Windows: Right-click the .ZIP file and select “Extract All.”
- On iPhone/iPad: Open the “Files” app, find the .ZIP file, and tap it once to unzip.
- On Android: Tap the file in your “My Files” or “Google Files” app and select “Extract.”
What file formats will I receive?
Our clip art and stickers are provided as high-resolution 4098 Pixel PNG files (300 DPI) with transparent backgrounds.
Usage & Licensing
Can I use these images for commercial products?
Yes, but with limitations. Our standard license allows you to use our graphics on physical products (like mugs, t-shirts, or invitations) for up to 500 units. You generally cannot resell the digital files as-is, or use them to create new digital design resources (like a competitor sticker pack). Please review our Terms of Service for the full details on what is allowed.
Can I use your designs for Print-on-Demand (POD) sites like Redbubble or Zazzle?
No. You are not permitted to upload our standalone image files to third-party Print-on-Demand marketplaces where the customer can purchase the design on various products automatically. You must be the one manufacturing or shipping the product, or the design must be significantly modified.
Do I need to give credit to Stixrs when I use the art?
Credit is appreciated but not required for the Standard License. If you love our work, tagging us on social media helps us grow!
Orders & Returns
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. However, if you have a technical issue with a file (e.g., it is corrupted), please contact us, and we will fix it for you immediately.
Can I share the files with my friend?
No. When you purchase a product, you are purchasing a license for one user. Please do not share, forward, or distribute the files to others. If your friend loves the designs, please send them a link to our shop!
Do my download links expire?
Currently, your download links do not have an expiration date. However, we recommend downloading your files and backing them up to your computer or cloud storage (like Google Drive or Dropbox) immediately after purchase to ensure you always have access.
